Same. Although judging from the very small number of people admitted R1 and R2, I'm not too hopeful. :?

I am in for Rd. 3. Does anyone know what their process is for rendering decisions? Is it on a rolling basis after you receive an interview invite? Or do they release all of their final decisions around the April 28th final decision date?

Hey everyone I'm in for R3, and I would love to hear your suggestions on this... I've been extremely blessed to receive a full fellowship from Ross and I absolutely love the school! But Berkeley has always been my dream school!!! I have to give an answer regarding the fellowship by April 15th, and I really don't think I can ask for an extension on it... I called Haas and they said they would send out invites up to the last day (April 28th!!!), so I might really not know anything about Haas on April 15th. Any suggestions? Is it possible to approach Haas about it? Thanks for the help!!! :)

A full fellowship from Ross should mean you have a shot at Stanford/HBS/Wharton...etc (the top 5).

You like Haas over Stanford GSB?

If I were you, I would take the full fellowship because Ross and Haas are extremely close in terms of ranking/prestige...etc.

However, you may end up getting a full fellowship from Haas as well.

The first thing I would do is ask Ross for an extension (schools should be receptive to granting extensions) and if they say no then approach Haas about your situation.

Would you choose Haas (no money) over Ross (full-ride)?

Congrats on the full ride at Ross, alws! I would recommend that you check with Ross to extend the deadline maybe one week? Usually R3 decisions come out somewhat as a "rolling" basis near the end of April, so you may find out from Haas if you can get an extension from Ross. Haas is generally very good with giving short extensions, so hopefully Ross is too.

Ross is a great school, and your decision between the two (if you get into Haas) should definitely take money into consideration, but also include your cultural, career, and location fit with the school.

Either way, a good decision to have! :)

Apparently they started releasing decisions for Rd. 3 applicants last week. Has anyone on this forum received one yet? It doesn't seem like anyone on the BW forum has either.

Hey Marcus,
Where do you get your information when you said they started releasing R3 decisions last week?

Just curious, I am R3 and haven't heard anything.

This is all hearsay, but I heard from a friend of a friend on Saturday (who's a student at Haas and reviews MBA/MPH applications for the school) that they will be sending out R3 interview invites in a couple weeks. Not sure if that means they'll send all of them out by that time, or will start sending them out in a couple weeks.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean "decisions," I meant "interview invites." And I got my info from the Clear Admit site:

https://www.clearadmit.com/wiki/index.ph ... =Main_Page

Although, I don't really believe it since they originally said no invites would go out until the end of March.
