guys, is it normal that my application status is "submitted"? i read it somewhere that chicago will change the status to "complete" (before sending out the interview invite) if they think your application is complete.

yep mine does bc I didn't send in the official score report (confirmed with the adcom office over the phone that no official score report is required until you are admitted)

Are you in a finance role?
I think interview invites are sent based on current functions/industries. This would enable them to compare different applicants from the same industry/function.
