My application was submitted late last month and I interviewed late last week (I.e. applied after the April 2nd submissions date). Given that I am subject to "rolling decisions" based on my application date, do you think it's still possible to receive my results at the RD 3 decision date next week? Or is it unrealistic to expect a decision so soon after an interview?

It’s possible, but since you did not submit with round 3 it will likely be after that. Since it is rolling, I think spots will be limited and to really just fill remaining seats that the WL cannot. Good luck!

SOS call: I'm planning to submit my application in next 2 days but I'm still very skeptical. As an Indian applicant, I'm not sure how many spots are left for this year's intake, especially for Indian internationals. I tried to get some hint of sentiment from adcom but all in vain. All they wrote back was a very diplomatic answer and I could not gauge anything out of it.
Only sliver of hope could be a case in which some people defer to next year opening up some slots but I'm not too sure of the proportion of that.

Any suggestions here as I am really on the edge of deciding between applying and not applying.

P.S.- I have pretty normal stats, along with a low GMAT(will be submitting a new score before 1st Jul deadline though) compared to the over represented pool I come from.

Pretty much in the same boat- I'm not sure if I should hit submit either. But I do think that there will be very few spots left. We also need to consider the timeline for visa procedures.

Took about 3-4 days for me. If you don't hear today, can't hurt to shoot admissions an email on Monday
