I just had my interview today and wanted to give an update about the questions asked as I promised. Interview lasted for an hour and it was fairly informal although my interviewer was quite thorough with his questions. I think I did fine but definitely could have answered several questions more succinctly than I did.

1) Tell me about yourself
2) Specific questions about my resume (he dug a bit deep into work experiences that seemed interesting to him)
3) What are your goals? (he then questioned specific aspects of my goals)
4) Why business school?
5) What do you look for in bschools and what other schools did you apply to?
6) Why Columbia?
7) How do you lead others?
8) Imagine you had a conflict with a member in your cluster, how would you resolve it?
9) Describe a conflict in a team at work?
10) Ethical dilemma
11) What do you do for fun?
12) What do you want to tell the Adcom that you couldn't in your application?
13) Questions for me

I think that was everything. Now its time to wait and wait and wait and....

DoorKnocker: Check the spreadsheet on page 1. It has the timeline from submission -> UR -> invite -> interview -> decision for tons of people. It varies quite a bit, but you should be able to get a feel for the timeline based off of that.

Hey Guys, quick question:

Submitted on 1/3, status changed to "printing" shortly after, but now it seems my status has gone blank, doesn't say "printing", doesn't say "under review", doesn't say anything (other than application submitted and complete). I haven't received any email from them either. Is this normal or is this something I should be calling Adcom about?

From what people said a few pages back, it can take 5-6 weeks from going under review to interview invite, and the holidays probably delayed that even further for those of us submitting in late Dec. I wouldn't worry yet.

id love to meet up for a few after the womens event as well. once they send the agenda - it will be easier to coordinate. there is a chance they also do an after hours networking (option) event. they did this for diversity weekend - added more events after agenda was confirmed.
