Yeah, I'm totally not okay with receiving a "status changed" e-mail for "under review." That got my stomach way too bunched this morning.

I was glad to see it change for me.... I guess it's better than for it to change to "Incomplete"!

My status changed to "Under Review" without an e-mail. Is the problem with the system notification or somebody from the Adcom saw this post and decided not to send notifications? lolz..jk

anyone gotten a call (or a ding) so far this week? i had my interview last friday (1/14) and was told to expect to hear something "within a few days."

I'm feeling really awful about my interview yesterday...I was feeling ok right after it but after I've had a day to analyze everything I feel like I majorly messed up in answering one question. My interviewer asked me about the type of due diligence I do when I look at companies to acquire and I COMPLETELY BLANKED!!!!! I sounded like an absolutely idiot. And I saw him jot something down. He had to offer me ideas and ahhhh....I'm feeling really bad...everything else went fine but I'm so bothered over this!

I'm kind of expecting a ding soon...

you sound like me after the interview. i am 99% sure you're stressing / obsessing for no reason and that your interviewer is not locked onto this one less-than-perfect moment in his / her evaluation. relax!

Don't stress!!!!! I also had a blank (on the ethical dilemma question) and even asked my interviewer for ideas, and it didn't matter at all. I was still admitted and it was still a good interview overall.

more info: my interviewer told me that i should hear in a few days because "it seems like they're turning people around more quickly than usual this year." that's not something i had heard from adcom. interview went complete yesterday. wondering if anyone has gotten a final decision of any kind this week.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, josiebella and mbagirly! They made me feel better :0) I also went on a walk (around the office lol) to try to relax and put things in perspective. Funny enough, I come back to my desk and find that my interview has gone complete.

Anyway, things are out my control and I just have to let things be. What is best will work out (it always has :0))! Time to start hitting up my yoga classes again and catch up on crappy reality tv shows! :p anything to distract myself!

Just got the event agenda in my email. There is breakfast, then a break @ 11:15-11:30a, otherwise we meet up after the event ends at quarter to 1?

id love to meet up for a few after the womens event as well. once they send the agenda - it will be easier to coordinate. there is a chance they also do an after hours networking (option) event. they did this for diversity weekend - added more events after agenda was confirmed.

why don't we gather in the lobby after the event (maybe give everyone until 1pm to get there) and then head somewhere nearby for a quick lunch?

Whew - just read through all 145 pages of this thread.

CBS is my last application, and I desperately need to get it in if I'm going to have any chance. It's just that second essay!

I'm going to be attending the WIB event on Saturday too. In fact, I just received a finalized agenda - it looks like there will be a Q&A with admissions from 12:15-12:45.

I get the feeling that almost everyone else going to this has already submitted, or is planning on submitting next year. Given that I'm a somewhat non-traditional candidate, I'm hoping there is a chance (albeit slight) that there is room for me and my unbalanced GMAT score.

Guess there's only one way to find out. Look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
