Yes 😅 “Order of involvement” basically means the order in which you want to prioritize your extracurriculars. So a lower number means higher priority: 1 would be your most important involvement, 2 the next, and so on.
If CBS allows you to give the same number to multiple activities, I think it means you can rank them at the same level of importance. But personally, I’d avoid giving the same number unless you genuinely see those activities as equally significant. A clear 1, 2, 3 ranking probably gives AdCom a better sense of what mattered most to you.
