Yes. Some (but not all) admitted applicants received phone calls. However, as ryguy904 pointed out, admissions said they may not get to phone calls during Round 2.

I am in the AMBA. The interviewer just called me with the good news ten minutes ago. I was also told I was on waitlist for a scholarship. Anyone knows how to get off this waitlist? :-D

Congrats guys!

enteraka, I was put on the scholarship waitlist also. In a few days you're gonna get an email that tells you to sit tight and wait till sometime in April to find out whether you get any money. There's nothing you can do but sit and wait. They will also tell you that you need to put down you deposit before you find out whether you get scholarship money. However, I would guess that if you have a good scholarship offer from a comparable school you could probably use that to try and negotiate some money before you have to make your deposit. If you don't have any other scholarship offers, then just sit tight till April.

I'm INNNNNNNNN! got the phone call at 4:45....so happy right now!!!
Congrats to the rest of you who got accepted, are you all going to the admitted students weekend in April?
And those of you who didn't get the call yet don't lose hope, there will be more phone calls tomorrow morning.
