imo i would fire/cut off your advisor

and just go all in on your essays asap

your test score is fine, dont waste your time on that thing

if your family has a real estate company just make align your goals with that

i doubt you get rejected with that background

if you get waitlisted, then do the test

start now dont wait. Schedule a GRE test in february/march just in case you get waitlisted.

if some one gets admit and they later get improved score, can they negotiate on scholarship with improved score?

im a firm believer that if u get rejected right off the bad its not a stat issue there mustve been something seriously wrong with your application

if they want you itll be because of your essays and work experience, community work etc and they’ll tell you to improve your score if its too low

i know at tuck they give you feedback and tell you exactly what you need to do to imrpove your profile to get in

with the exception of some M7s. this applies for the T10s and up.

idk what you want me to tell you man. 18,000 subscriber financial literacy channel, family business background, 715 GMAT, 3 years in consulting, why wouldnt you just throw your hat in? based on what youve told me this all sounds good. i cant recommend anything more other than lock in on those essays.

even if your gmat were lower id tell you the same.

yours too. you have a unique background as well. I cant lie harvard may be tougher but for the rest of those schools youve mentioned prior i think you can waltz into one.
