I just got done with my interview. It was with an alumnus in my country (Europe). Honestly, it was the best interview I have ever had (4 so far)!
The questions were two:
1. Tell me about yourself
I think I talked for about 40 minutes. Started way back when I was little, continued into my education, then my work experience, company by company, talked about why MBA, why now, my goals and ended up with Why Darden.
2. Three things you would contribute to your learning team.
A, B, C
The inteviewer was wonderful, extremely nice, made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was talking to a friend about my past. No stress, no worries, pure conversational. The facial expressions of my interviewer made me realize that she was really interested into getting to know me. She smiled at times and did her best in making me feel calm. It was a blind interview, she did not even have my resume. She indicated that she had to write a report about me and the impression I would make without having any prior knowledge of who I am.
Overall, great experience! Darden people are just exceptional in their interactions with others. They really make a difference. Interview lasted 1 hour.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
