Hi guys, I’m applied for the MBA CO-OP program and interviewed on Jan 27th. I got waitlisted today. I applied as international who is currently Majoring in HRM at Rutgers University in the United States. I’m really frustrated right now due to the fact that I have had only 1 internship experience with a 3.4 CGPA. Has anybody also received rejection/waitlist email from the admission office? Do you guys think I still have a chance of getting in after being waitlisted for Co-op?

Hi Guys,

Just had my Interview,
MBA w Co op

Below were the questions asked:

-Why MBA and why CO-OP?
- How would you handle a new team?
- How will you tackle a problem if it has two possible solutions.
- Describe a time you showed leadership skills

2-3 more questions were asked, don't remember which.

The overall interview was okayish. My answers were short and the interview was completed in about 16 mins.

Don't think will get an admit. :P

In 1st question of the application, they have asked to list down the names of other colleges I have applied to? They have mentioned it won't affect the admission.
I understand it is subjective to profiles but can someone share why they would or would not name the list of colleges?

Hi,
I gave them the names of the other schools I applied to. I wasn't asked for clarification on that during the interview.
I believe that it is for their internal purpose so that they can predict how likely a student is to join their program if admitted. (that's my guess, idk for sure)
I don't see any harm in stating the other schools because adcoms know that the student is applying to other schools, it's like an open secret.

Or does DeGroote send such invitations after the deadline for that round?

Hi All,

I am applying for Degroote for Sep 23 intake. I have given the KIRA interview, and now I have to proceed with 1 on 1 zoom interview.
On the link provided to book the call I can see three interview calls ( A, B, and C), can anyone tell the difference between them?
Also, I would appreciate it if you could share any tips.

Hey I have given the zoom interview and I’ve been put on a waitlist, been told a decision would be made by April, although my application doesn’t contain a gmat score, the last email I received from them mentioned that my application was strong and I’m being put on a waitlist , I’m an international student. Been dying. Help

got rejection....
got Gmat waiver...
with CGPA(bcom(h) 3.68/4...

ask for the rejection reason... but the are not telling anything

To be honest i was fall in love with degroote co-op...

plz suggest me the same type of MBA in canada????
