Just wanted to post a short debrief from my interview today.
I was interviewed off-campus by an alumni. The interview was in his office and had very casual setting, just like a discussion.
The interviewer was very nice and calm and the interview went very smoothly without any hard or tricky questions.
The interview started with him asking me to tell him a bit about myself. I used that opportunity to add why MBA, why now, why duke.
He didn't explicitly asked those questions afterwards. While we were talking he asked those questions:
* please describe your short and long term goals
* Do you think that your lack of the avg work experience is a problem?
* What made you to choose what schools you want to apply to?
* What other schools have you applied to?
* What do you think will be the biggest challenge in the MBA studies?
* What do you consider your best quality and what is you biggest weakness?
Everything was asked in a very laid back and cool matter, and I haven't felt like he was trying to trip me in any way.
After the interview ended he gave me some time for questions. the total time of the interview was around 1 hour.
Hope it helps to someone!
