Hi guys,
I just got an email from Emory. I have been waitlisted.
This is what the email says -
"The Admissions Committee has carefully reviewed your application to the Two Year MBA Program of Goizueta Business School. The MBA Program is highly competitive with limited space available. I regret that we are unable to offer you a place in the class at this time. However, the Admissions Committee is impressed with your credentials and is interested in keeping your file active for consideration, should space become available.
We are placing your name on the waiting list for the Two Year MBA Program. In the event that a space becomes available, we will notify you immediately. In the interim, if you have any additional information for your file, such as an updated transcript, resume, a new GMAT score, we will be happy to include this information in your file. Typically, we do not begin to review the waitlist until after our final application deadline.
Please download and return the following form https://www.goizueta.emory.edu/Waitlist_Response/ as soon as possible in order to reserve a place on the waiting list. If your plans change, and you no longer wish to remain on the list, please notify us so that we may plan accordingly.

Hey no need to worry - I knew many indian admits, who will choose Other Schools over Emory. So get the feedback and talk to current students.. They are just playing a yield game.
I am still waiting to hear about my decision from the adcom ..could you please tell me the Time line ( From application to Decision )
How was it communicated ? was it posted under OPUS ---> Admission ??
