After interviewing at nyu a couple weeks ago, I got ding today. Exact same situation at MIT, and waitlisted after interview at wharton and kellogg.

Why even bother interviwing me. I know my interview skills are pretty solid...so its gotta be my low gpa. But then why interview??

Hey All,

Anyone going to Kelley admit week (April 8-10) who would be able to share their room? Trying to cut down costs and my flight from LA already ate up (plus more) the $500 that they are giving us. I'm trying to get into Bloomington on the 7th, but any night would be a huge help.

low GMAT is the ban of my existence, to be exact verbal portion... sucks even after working in a heavy quantitative field with excellent quant scores in undergrad.

The GMAT Verbal should be tailored in such a way that non native speakers can handle it.. im just saying

Hey all - short time lurker, decided to jump in and register

Anybody know if all Tuck Fellowship calls are made today? I really like Tuck and I'd probably still go there without a fellowship but obviously the FS would be incredible.

Thanks for all the great info on these threads so far, though ever since discovering this forum my anxiety levels have significantly increased haha

i'm going to assume so... they can make all of those fellowship calls in a matter of a couple hours and they started pretty early this morning. i haven't heard of anyone else getting a call this afternoon.

Yep, makes sense then - totally sucks but c'est la vie.

Haha I should have applied to schools based on when they notify applicants about their admissions decision. It's been total radio silence from every school I've applied to (for all applicants, not just me) with Tuck finally being the first to offer up any sort of news today.

I hate how opaque this whole process is. In the words of my fellow NJ residents "I need some f*in closure, bro"

Any word from UCLA Anderson?

No word from UCLA since I interviewed with them, but they passed on me for the fellowship and my #2 gave it to me, so I will probably be dinged. According to UCLA, their decisions won't be released until 3/30.
