tuckwler- I have no idea if they will accept wlers but I was at the admitted students weekend and the "rumor" was that, yes, they've had more people enroll than they expected. I think historically the yield has been roughly 50% but it looks like it's been creeping up these past few years. I'm not sure how accurate these "rumors" are, but hope that helps.
Just to add more color, I'm a Tuck admit and am enrolling. At the ASW, the dean said 219 have already put down their deposits. After ASW, I personally know 3 people from NY that I met at ASW that put down their deposits. This is even before they made R3 choices. Words among NYC tuck admits are that we highly suspect that there may be another over enrollment this year. I may be completely wrong, but just wanted to throw in my two cents. This was probably the most competitive year for Tuck because you have 20~30 deferred people from last year that's taking up potential acceptances and last year, Tuck enjoyed pretty high yield.
