Congrats!!! Did you get an email or was your page updated? Does anyone have a clue how Yale sends its invites, is it randomly or in weekly batches? Any international students who received invites?

haha definitely is! anyone else here looking at joint degrees? If so, how are you approaching it? For the joint MBA/MEM you have to apply to each individual school... so I figured I'd hold off until I hear from SOM but no idea if this is the right approach. anybody have any advice?
No worries guys, I got my interview invite last year last week of November. And it wasn't even the last one as I remember folks calling the admissions office looking to schedule interviews when I was there for the interview in December!
i am still waiting with 10/4 submit date... called them up she said they do in batches, review multiple times, could offer interviews till week before decision in december... even dings come out that day..... i feel i am just waiting for ding now since a lot of people here got invite with submit days around mine...

Relax! Listen to AdCom. If they said they do it that way, I would listen to them. There haven't been many interview invites so far, at least according to the roll call. I do not think an early submit date necessarily means your interview decision will be early... some apps take more consideration I assume. At least, I am hoping that as well.

Based on what they've said and the data from last year's thread, I really believe that they review the apps in random order. It's entirely likely that your app hasn't even been reviewed yet... at least that's what I'm telling myself

Thanks. I got an email and then I checked my page which is also updated.
I need something to survive this week because next week Booth and Wharton duo will hit applicants with their invitations. When you think about it, it has only been a couple of weeks since the due date, so it's ok to freak out (deserved for applicants anytime), but let's just resort to having e-mail and Yale accounts open. I'm not sure why I review my Yale application after submission. What's the psychology behind it? -_-

You guys should really relax. I asked this question of reviews twice on two separate events to two adcoms and the answer is the system they use pulls applications in total random order. Just be patient with it and enjoy yourselves in the meantime.
