Yes! Just got the call! I'd been expecting to receive the call on my cell phone - so I had it sitting next to me during my hour long meeting. When I got back to my desk the land line was ringing... it was Georgetown!

Confirm what everyone else said, electronic notification later this afternoon (funding info will be included), they are sending out hard copy information tomorrow, and admitted student weekend on April 15-16.

Very excited - congrats and good luck to everyone.

(still waiting to hear from the SFS - fingers crossed but nervous, it's only a 90 person class)

Hey Guys/Gals,

I'm the coworker mentioned previously. As my buddy said, I received a call around 1 and all I got was, "Congrats, hope you have celebration plans, expect electronic letter later today and mail later this week."

Congrats to those that have heard and good luck to those who are waiting to hear.

At this point, I will probably go to Cornell since they gave me a full-ride fellowship. I did get into Yale, but they didn't give me any money so I don't think it's worth the debt. It will be interesting to see if Georgetown gives me any scholarships...

But really, don't start worrying yet. I really don't think they are going to be able to call even the majority of people.

Funny timing, I just got dinged from CBS not 5 minutes after my phone call from Georgetown. Oh well.
