Haha, do you know how many people just jumped back on this thread to see if someone else got an admit call? ha ha....you bet....and to be honest....R1 results were out earlier than expected...but R2 is really turning out to be a wait...in less than 12 hours some news should be out ....and for the ones who have been waitlisted....would their decisions be also given alongwith the R2 results ? PS: i wonder how many of you must have jumped back on seeing an update again !!

I just did - it's 4:35AM right now...but I think I already know my fate...ding. Unlike some who are waiting for a phonecall, I actually am not - although interview went okay, I am realistic...so there...I said it. Waiting for the email around 4:30PM to check status to be informed there was too many strong applications and unfortunately I am not granted admission. So much easier when you prepare (truthfully) for the worst. Good luck to all those waiting for their phone calls.

The b school building looks nice but there's a construction site like right next to the building and when i went to visit in Dec. it didnt look like they were gonna finish it anytime soon.

Is the construction part of a new b-school building? Or is it unrelated? Did anybody take a tour and ask about that?

The b-school building is about as new as they come already - it's awesome. I think the construction has to do with the Leavey Center (not 100% sure though). ...waiting/hoping for a phone call...

When people say fire at Georgetown its doesnt have to mean the school. The entire area around there is called Georgetown....like all the places in NYC. That fire was news around here....a family of four escaped unharmed. Sorry to bring you all back into the thread...
