It is - but they made some calls a day early in R1. Must force myself to do something more productive...

It is supposed to be March 15. Folks are hoping for an early call. Since it's already the afternoon I think the chances are slim. Every time I see this thread has been updated I jump a little. -> See Killian's post above.

when I went for my interview/visit....they said don't expect to here for us any earlier. The 15th is the 15th.

That's probably so people don't freak out during the week before the results go out and call them a million times. I know several people personally who got calls during the week before the R1 results went out, and more people on this messageboard got admit calls on that Friday before the results were supposed to go out. That's not to say that it will necessarily happen for this round, but I'm still going to get excited and then disappointed every time my phone rings for the next ~35 hours and it's not Georgetown.

This application process is so unpredictable that it keeps us on our toes. I too start jumping the moment I see there is an update on this forum...Let's keep our fingers crossed and support eachother like we have been doing. That's the best we can do while waiting.
