I realize how sampling is **** up, but it seems really odd to me that there have been no reported CA applicants. I actually doubt they are working a geographical approach, but who knows.

Hope is slowly dwindling.

Congrats! I agree - it does seem like they are doing east coast and then west coast. I don't want to speculate too much, but maybe also alphabetical by last name?

I'm Bay Area (CA) person and got the call yesterday. Not sure how they are approaching it this year... sure seems scattered!

If you assume GMATClub is 20% of sample (and representative) and R1 fills 40% of seats, then we should only expect to see 8% of Berkeley's seats (~20) accept publicly.

Please validate my assumptions, and I haven't been counting, but using that framework you can probably discern how many offers are yet to go out.
