Hey So I received a mail a few days ago that I haven’t submitted my diploma. Since then I’ve sent them 3 mails with my degrees and they haven’t updated it in the portal yet or acknowledged receiving them. Anyone else with a similar experience? I’m planning on just calling them on Monday during their office hours but any other advice would be appreciated.
