Don't get hyped up about tomorrow. Go in with a bit of cynicism and the worst that'll happen is a few pangs of regret. Convince yourself half the invites are left to go (which may even be true) and you'll most likely be disappointed.

You're right, slice it any way you want, 12% acceptance rate is still only 12% acceptance rate, even Russian roulette has better odds.

However I think your chances of getting an invite now are the same as the day you clicked "submit", just don't beat yourself up if you don't get an invite, we knew all along how slim the chances were.

(I guess if anyone wants to try another HBS 119 stunt you might could find out today and put your curiosity to rest :D

I like that you equate getting into HBS with shooting yourself in the head. I feel like it perfectly captures much of the emotional energy of this board. Good luck everybody.

How I wish I were right now with other HBS applicants so that I could have someone to hug once I get the reject email. I am in meetings all day long, so I will have to take the news and still be able to sound sharp at meetings with clients, when all I would really want to do is screem the words "FML"

I 've had submitted all along. There is a note under it that says 'under review'. I don't really understand the status changes that u are speaking about.
