geethabakki On the surface, yours looks like a decent profile, but know that IIM A was very selective in the first round when it came to individual industry representation. To give you an example, within the O&G sector, candidates who came from relatively less represented functions (think legal etc) were favored over even high performing engineering or sales profiles with the O&G, regardless of GMAT. Since you did not mention what your work history looks like, I can not comment on that. But I hope you get an idea of the competitiveness.
I think a score of 575 is at the lower end of the spectrum that the IIM A is looking to create. If you feel that you have it in you to get a better score, then you should go for it. How did you do in the quant sections, although I feel you did not do so well in either section, which could be a cause of concern for the Adcom.
