application fees payment page issue not yet resolved? are you guys facing this issue today ?

there was a webinar yesterday by IIM Bangalore. they said to submit in the limits

yesterday iim admissions team Said that payment gateway issue has been resolved but I am still not able to submit the applications

Submitting within 254 char limit might mean sending one liners to all recommendation questions. Did you guys submit one liners for every recommendation question?
