1. ISB takes 900 students per year while ABC total is 375 approx.
2. ISB prefers young applicants (most less than 8yrs work-ex). 5yrs work-ex gives you slight edge over the 2-3yrs work-ex ones.
3. Most jobs are in Consulting side. TCS is fine for Consulting in tech-oriented domains.
4. 5-8yrs Male is most competitive group at ABC, but they actually prefer slightly higher work-ex. Add to it the diversity they seek in education, industry, role, gender, etc.
IIM Lucknow & Indore too are good options. IIML esp is good for IT background candidates with 5-10yrs work-ex as they get plenty of Consulting & Product Management oriented roles. If you get an offer from there, you should take it.

I think you stand a very good chance of receiving an interview invite provided you work on your SOP and stories nicely. Would suggest you work with an admission consultant or a friend to beef up your application using your rich experience. The stories will help you during interviews.
As to an admit, I can't comment because I'm waiting on R1 results too.

Is it advisable to mention that i have secured a call from iim x while being interviewed for iim y ? As in i have already got call from iim k. Should i mention this ? Will it be positive or negative ?
