As per this post, it happens right before you are called in for the interview.

You will get them in the shortlist mail... Interviews are spread over a few weeks as they have to conduct it in different cities. Last year, The WAT happened about 3 days before the first interview schedule of IIMB EPGP

Sir what's the weightage of this section is it very heavy?

Don't assume it will happen same way. In past it has happened on same day aswell.

would you call its weight heavy or not if its weight is 5%??? 😀 I think I saw it in some RTI to be 5% but I am not 100% sure. Regardless, consider weightage of every application requirement veryyy heavy to do justice with it.
