Since IIM-K's call letter came later, you can reply to that same email stating the reason and they will shift you to another date (among the 2 days). And you can write the true reason. These things are common and they understand it.

Hi, Let me take the opportunity to answer your query. Obviously, you can! However, considering your low GMAT focus score, the outcome will depend on the category you belong to (Gen/SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS/PWD). IIML-IPMX is (probably) expected to introduce reservations from this year. If you belong to the Open/General category, then I would suggest you to work on and improve your GMAT score. Also, please keep it in mind that IT is an overrepresented discipline.
