One of my candidates received it on Monday. They received the shortlist notification on Thursday.

Usually, it takes 2-3 days post shortlist notification to receive interviewers' details, but it could take longer.

Regards,
Arvind

Same for me. Received an invite earlier today from DC although my AO was IR.
Any idea/estimate of the time duration between the deadline (11th April) and the interviews?

Congratulations mark0wnik0v, totally fair to be eager!

Soon after INSEAD releases interview invites, candidates are typically matched with alumni interviewers. While the timeline can vary depending on your location and alumni availability, you can usually expect to receive their contact details, either via email from the admissions team or directly from the interviewers within a week of your invite. You shall receive the interviewer details soon. If you don’t hear anything within 7–10 days post-invite, it’s totally okay to reach out to the admissions office just to check in.

Once you have their information, feel free to take the initiative to schedule your interviews. Reach out via email, setting up a mutually convenient time, and discuss your preference for a virtual or in-person format (most interviews are virtual these days).

Good luck everyone : )

We also provide personalized interview preparation for applicants. If you'd like to take the next step, feel free to reach out, we are here to help you put your best foot forward.

Got the interviewers details, one of my interviewer is 2007 grad, and completed his undergrad in 1997, should I be preparing something specific keeping his experience in mind

Congrats vsg700 ,

Interview rule 101: You need to know and define your playground.

Identify Strengths, which definitely is your experience and narrative that you submitted in the essays. The moment you are on camera with the interviewer or as soon as you meet face to face, Interview is on. There is no defined time for chit chat or "how about you tell me what do you know about me." So going beyond your playground to impress anyone and you lack depth would not be helpful for you.

But one thing you can do is find a connection. Could be a sport, hobby. That is what you should do. Do not go into a playground, which you do not know much about i.e. interviewer's industry/domain (if it is different than yours).

Do let us know how did you interview go. All the best everyone

Fingers Crossed!

I wrapped up both my interviews this week. Both were fun and conversational with alumni who graduated more than a decade ago. To be honest, the conversations flowed naturally and did not feel rigid at all. Of course, expect to explain your career and thought process about doing the MBA, but it never felt like an interrogation, but rather a genuine interest on their part to understand my life.

Finished my first interview, super awesome with a 2014 graduate. He suggested me so many things to manage my finances when I am there. hoping for the next one to go the same way
Do we have any probability around what is the conversation number post interview

Thanks for sharing your experiences mark0wnik0v and vsg700. I had my first interview today and the experience is quite similar to what you guys already shared. One more to go.
QQ - Were both your interviews held (or are scheduled) in person?

Wrapped up both my interviews this week. Both interviewers graduated 10+ years ago. Both interviews lasted ~1 hour and covered basics (motivations, why MBA, why INSEAD, strengths & weaknesses, leadership style) followed by any questions I had on INSEAD - both interviewers keenly shared their INSEAD learnings and experiences, and seemed to genuinely want to ask me about myself as well as share their journeys, so it was quite inspiring overall!
