Got a reject mail on 19 th april...but my application page of insead still says " that your application is being considered by the adcom".. do they ever change the status for the dinged ones or are they too busy in updating the application page ?

Not necessarily, the past trend has shown that ME and Latam are notified first, then somewhere in the middle is Europe, and India last. Where are you from? Has your AO started calling people?
