Who was your AO? Were you invited to reply also from the Jan 2017 intake?

In my email I got something like this, but I thought it was a standard e-mail that everyone else had gotten... The text was something like "Rest assured that if you are still interested in the INSEAD MBA Programme, we would be happy to review an updated application from you for a future class". Is this what you mean?

Looks like that ding emails are sent our to R2 wl...... how about R1 wl? I didn't know that INSEAD will sent ding emails to WL candidates..

Yes that's what I meant. And no, not every waitlisted candidate gets this

They do such a thorough job reviewing the applications I think they want to bookmark the people with the most potential. And this is also why they are not super friendly to reapplicants, unless they have gotten a promotion or a great deal more International experience. So I would interpret this "soft ding" as you need another year of experience...flat out, which might also be that you need a stronger showing of impact from the experience you have. https://MBAPrepCoach.COM
