Just wanted to reiterate this information here:

I submitted my application on 5/19 with a completion date of 5/26 (once my recommenders had submitted). I was invited to interview on 6/27 and actually conducted the interview that day. The only difference between my experience and many of the others posted here is that my potential interviewer list contained a single name. I doubt lack of area alumni was the cause as I am located in Seattle, WA where there is a significant CBS alumni population. Possibly a change in CBS interview procedure?

I have heard that J Term students can potentially work or intern during the second year. Anyone know if this is actually feasible? Does the class schedule allow time for this?

Just got an answer after my interview. I'm waitlisted. Is anyone in the same situation?

Also, does anyone have any tips on what should I do to get off the waitlist?

Just thought I'd post so that everyone knows the current processing time between application submission and interview invite. Submitted my application on 19th Aug and got invited for an interview yesterday 15th Sept. Very excited because CBS is my top choice.

If anyone has any tips for the interview I'd love to hear them.

Hi All- Has anyone heard from CBS for J-term applications the normal wait period is 4 weeks, however I guess it will extend to six weeks now as the deadline is approaching.
