It’s already a reject for R2 guys still waiting. My guess is they are keeping us hanging without giving an official deny/waitlist to assess R3. That’s just my opinion, not claims/facts.
Why else would they keep us hanging for weeks straight. Each day a new date is given. First 20, then 23, then today.

To be fair, thats so unethical. Choose your waitlist candidates and move on. They have sort of unofficially waitlisted everyone until official denial/waitlist.
