Things have been different (and better) in terms of comms vs last year. However, a lot of factors at play. Hence, best not to speculate. I’ll continue with the same gyaan..focus on what is in your hands, interview prep. Rest is just pure noise derailing you from what’s supposed to be done.
So far,
- for 24th dec interviews, you would’ve received the date and time
- for shortlisted but no dates, most likely as per your location that you’ve chosen. Online might happen in between but last weekend for sure before the results announcement (currently 15 feb)
- Those still under review- combination of app completion timelines, locations where calls are not out yet, low chances of conversion, etc.
Hence, best not to speculate until you hear from ISB or get a rejection mail.
R1 had a 2nd lot too and it was a decent chunk (don’t ask how many!!) of calls.
- Those who have more time for their locations, prepare well. Those who don’t, you’ve had at least 2 weeks since the deadline to prepare. Suck it up and prepare!
You folks are future leaders (at least as per your essays
)) . You all can manage your anxiety a lot better.
