Maintenance Engineer:

Handled and stood 1st in Refinery for fastest and safest TA completion of SRU-3 TA in 2022. Received prize of 3,00,000 along with team members.
In CDU-2, FCCU, SRU-3 TAs, completed 100+ exchangers, Vessels, Columns and Pipelines overhauling, commissioning and Installation by problem identification, prompt decision making and resources planning/mobilization.
2. Handled Condition monitoring of 5000+ static equipment’s across Kochi refinery using AMS, system-1, Aspen. Turnaround planning and regular maintenance of 5000+ mechanical static/rotary equipment’s across Kochi refinery ensuring availability of spares & services on continuous basis. 1. Implemented project schemes for installation of Breakaway Coupling in LPG Truck Loading Bays, Fall Protection System at CHSP, Commissioning and Installation of PDPP Truck Loading System, Experion Station for Water Treatment Plant etc.
2. Procured Natural Rubber Latex [Around 5000 MT in quantity], ATF water detection capsule, Non-Sparking Tools at Truck Loading System of BPCL KR, Empty VG30/NRMB and RS-1 drums of worth 105 Crores for twice in FY 2019-20 and FY2021-22.
3. Prepared 65 Standard Operating Procedures for operation of Truck Loading System, Coke Handling System, Bitumen Emulsion Plant and Water Treatment Plant, 3 bitumen storage tanks were decommissioned and completed Maintenance and Inspection [M&I].
4. Handled operational contracts worth 200+ crore per annum. These contracts include operation of Water Treatment Plant, Coke Handling System, Truck Loading System, Bitumen Drum Filling and Emulsion Filling Plant.
5. Reduced chemical consumption at Raw Water Treatment Plant by 70%.
6. Handled Internal Safety Audit [ISA], External Safety Audit [ESA] by Oil Industry Safety Dept [OISD], Factories and Boilers [F&B] and Quality Management Systems [QMS] of OM&S department in years 2019 to till date.

Academics wise, your profile is good. Work wise, since many candidates from oil PSUs are trying out, the differentiation factor is missing from other such profiles.
Also its difficult to understand what you have done as part of your job based on the description provided. Please try to reduce the technical jargon.
Extra curriculars are ok. You should focus on highlighting whats different in your profile and prepare for interviews rigorously to get an admit.
Profile wise you are there, just work on the way you want to portray that.
