Pre 2014-15, there were no essay topics, just a word they’d give and ask you to write (pen and paper) a short note on that word. This time around, there are statements/questions and frankly, no one has a pattern / insight yet (PS- so don’t fall for any consultant who says they have it covered

).

Based on the Delhi interviews, those are behavioral/situational type questions for now. We’ll know more after Blore weekends.

I connected to isb, and they mentioned that they will send more invites for 27th interview on Bangalore. I am not sure, how it works, can we keep the channel active and if someone can notify in case they have recieved invite EMAIL post 2 PM TODAY.

Can anyone please provide some examples of the essays / their interview experience?

Few topics (as shared by out candidates who were interviewed in Delhi):

1) In your group, if one person is not contributing, how will you handle the situation?

2) You have PPO (pre-placement offer) from a company and that company gives you an expensive gift. How would you react?

3) One of your high-performing groupmates is stressed and is not able to attend group meetings. How will you handle the situation?

Note: These are not verbatim topics but my best recollection.

So basically, these are situational topics and hence, no pre-preparation can be done. Please carry your laptops because you are supposed to type the essays at the interview-location, with your webcam on.

Have been student placement representative in my college and got them placed
Was batch representative for 4 years
Mentored some analysts to work as per the team requirement in deloitte

Social work
I have lead a team of 12 people for recording audiobooks for deaf children
I teach maths to students till 12th for free
