Can anyone tell me what essay questions you had to write at the venue as part of the interview?

1. Helpful and respected team member asking for confidential data from my prior company to complete a project. What will your actions be?

2. ⁠Key team member making an error in a project which can affect your grade. Prof asks you to replace the team member. Action? And project completion?

3. You are a team leader and one of your team members is frequently late to the office and often takes uninformed time-offs. Your other team members have started to have issue with this. What will you do in this case? What are the actions you will take and why?

4. You are an MBA student working at a company for your internship. After the project’s successful completion, you are offered a high-value gift from the employer. Some pf your peers have already accepted it. What will you do? How will it impact your relationship with the employer and your peers?

5.One of your teammates is not liking your team’s approach on case based discussion. How will you convince them

6. You are leading a project and have an upcoming competition. Your team members are suggesting to take shortcuts in the project. What action will you take, what result do you expect.

7. You need to provide constructive feedback to a peer who is very sensitive and takes feedback to heart. How will you convey your feedback.

8.You’re part of a student committee, your role is to select a vendor for an upcoming event. You have a vendor who’s your close family friend, but you know they do a good job. How will you handle this scenario fairly? What steps would you take?

9. You’ve made a mistake in a business stimulation exercise and your team’s grade can be affected by it but you think your instructor might not notice if you deliver the results as expected. What will you do in this case?

10. You’re leading a team with people having diverse experience and ethnicities and they’re feeling not heard in the team. How will you make the team comfortable and create a more inclusive environment?

11.One of the key team member in your project has made an error. Any errors in final submission would affect your grades as well. Your professor asked you to remove him from the team. How would you proceed? What actions will you take?

12. You are working in a group project in MBA, and some of your team members are inflating actual numbers to make it look more impactful. They say it is a common practice. What actions will you take in this situation?

13.You have to select a vendor as part of the student committee. You know one of the vendors personally, how would you ensure there is no bias while choosing the right vendor.
