Is there anyone on this group who has applied in R2, interviewed sometime in Jan or Feb but still didn’t hear anything from adcom on the final status?

Can we start the ISB batch while being in notice period? Like, if someone wants to utilize his/her pending leaves and is able to provide a sufficient proof to the ad-com above the official last working day (as a proof of resignation), do they accept this?
