Hi @
muskanng,
Coming from a non traditional background has its own merits and demerits.
While the obvious merit is you wont be competing with the high volume of engineering applicants who will be applying with Software Development / Data Analytics / any other IT function, the ad com will definitely have some doubts regarding your quantitative and logical reasoning skills. You can address the same in your application by demonstrating quantitative impact of your work on end users.
It should also be implicit from your application how other students in the PGP cohort will gain from your experience in terms of Peer to Peer Learning. The moment ad com believes that you will add value to the overall learning of your classmates, they will perceive you as a great fit to the program.
There were a few classmates of mine at ISB (PGP CO15) who came from NIFT / NID etc. backgrounds and personally I had a lot to learn just by hearing their professional stories. So I am sure ad com will see similar potential in you provided you are able to bring across your stories in a compelling manner.
Last but not the least, I am assuming you have / aiming to get a decent enough GMAT / GRE score.

Wishing you all the very best.
