How fruitful do you think this programme is for professionals having 10+ years experience ? Does having more no of experience work in favour or against ?
There’s a good % of cohort with more than 6yrs of experience. 10+ becomes a minority but we surely have those. Companies come earlier in lateral, so the process for 6+ starts 2 months prior to than the rest of the cohort. Few companies only come for senior folks, who can come right in and lead things. I’d recommended to look at the profile ratio of people still unplaced at the pgp profile website. I know folks who had 8+ yrs of experience and are going to the companies they wanted to and some still waiting to find their suited roles.

Tips for the interview? What are key considerations during it
Very subjective as generally alumns + profs take interviews. Each alumn can have a different style of interviews. But in general what i heard during my prep was that be genuine, dont try to bull**it and the one thing they try to see is if you’d be a good enough person to work along with (some people can become very cocky about their achievements). Be clear in communication, they are also just trying to understand what you bring to the table.
