Is R3 also same as R2 ?
Hi RaagaTG, Theoretically yes, colleges say they dont differentiate. But with the practical experience of applicants, it seems like R3 is more difficult to crack probably because of already selected candidates and wait-list.

It is not same. Quality application is preferred and better than a rushing application irrespective of the deadlines in the context of indian b schools.I would prefer to send my application in round 3 if I observe that my application is getting compromised when applying to r2 because of the time crunch.

Optimizing the GMAT/GRE score, investing more time on the craft of the essays, resume and LORs.

Essays, LORS and resume are the heartbeat of your application. These pieces give you the opportunity to sell your profile to your competitive buyers of ISB. Because of the precarious situation in the USA, the ISB has become the Indian Kellogg Business School

Participating in extracurricular activities is a display of your multitasking abilities, not necessarily in NGO if you don't like working there. There is a strong reason why a school expects candidates to have these. When you land in B school to undertake your challenging MBA program, you will be exposed to a lot of things: attending lectures, doing individual assignments and group assignments, career prospects and social life in the premises of your chosen school besides doing other things. A multitasker can do justice doing all things. I hope you understand the logic behind this.

But you just cannot fit everyone in the same bucket .. there are different things a person can do in his limited free time . Most of the core jobs are so challenging. I really doubt how practical it is..

Hi, any reapplicants here? I want to understand the process for recommendations. Is there any way I can add two recommenders.
How long does it take for the recommenders to complete the questions and what kind of questions can they expect?
Do they have to submit it in one sitting or can they reopen the link and write it down in parts?
