Joined UN as an architect intern during college for 4 months. Then working as an architect since graduation. Worked on mostly govt projects, CSR projects and your govt architectural construction projects for 2 years.
So I take it that your total work is 2 years.
My insights:
1) Your GMAT along with your experience tenure is misaligned so certainly improve gmat score to 675 to be in competitive pool
2) Your background and work experience adds to diversity so this is a positive point that you can capitalise on
3) You have a trend of extra curricular which is a confirmation
However the question starts with identifying the intellectual experiences that have accelerated your intent to pursue MBA. Essay-1 is where you really need to brainstorm and come up with stories that meet the requirement of ISB admissions
So you need to have compelling and quantifiable impactful experiences.
You have well suited experience to work on essay-3 which is about worldview.
Overall, I see that while you may have little disadvantage due to just qualifying experience, your diversity can become your USP.
Let me know if you need any professional help in building a narrative. 🙂👍🏼
