You are not expected to carry your resume or application copy into the interview room. The ISB interview is not an interview where you present a resume. The interviews already have full access to your application (resume, essays, etc.) for their reference and they have already gone through those as you enter the room and also have them for reference during the course of the interview.

They would have most likely already discussed amongst themselves on what lines they will query you and who amongst the panelists will probe on what aspect of your application / experience. Of course, the course of the interview will be decided based on your responses.

You should carry a laptop, a pen, and a Valid Photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, etc) at the interview location.

Hi , I need one small clarification , Does ISB accept GRE right ? but why still people saying they prefer only Gmat.

ISB officially accepts both GMAT and GRE scores for admission to its PGP and other programs. There is no official preference stated by ISB for one over the other.

In fact, in recent years, the number of GRE-based admits has increased significantly. What matters far more than which test you take is:
  1. Your percentile equivalence
  2. The balance between percentiles of different sections of the tests
  3. The strength of your overall profile (academics, work experience, essays, and clarity of goals)

There are multiple reasons that have led to the wrong perception of GMAT being a preferred test. Traditionally, ISB applicants (especially from India) have used the GMAT for several years. So most of the admitted student data, average scores, and sample profiles you see online are GMAT-based. The average GMAT score for admits is published every year, whereas GRE averages are not as widely reported; this fuels the perception that GMAT is the default. Many ISB alumni and consultants are more familiar with GMAT profiles, so their success stories are GMAT-heavy. Some recruiters (especially consulting firms) historically used GMAT as a benchmark for analytical ability, which also reinforced the bias.

For Blr also is it safe to assume they’ll have a couple of rounds? Given the volume of applicants one weekend might actually be pretty tight

Are there cases where interviews of different institutes are clashing for anyone? Is it advisable to request for rescheduling ? Please suggest
Yes one can reschedule ISB (go for virtual) but rescheduling IIM interview is a different issue altogether. They are not so generous as the professors are involved in process
