Would beg to differ here. The major consulting firms may not have a direct role for you, but the sustainability demographic is quite tough to trump in the current market. Maybe recraft the goal for something more achievable in the sustainability space(and not the crowded consulting universe).

If played right, you will be looking at scholarship offers

Okayy, thank you!

GMAT is just around the median. Make sure you bring in the angle of family business in the essays itself, if possible. If you can retake the GMAT before R2 then you should, else go with this score. All the best. Feel free to book 30 mins if you need help crafting your stories: https://calendar.app.google/tLbPgcsx6B3keLHDA

Retaking GMAT would surely up your chances. You could still apply with this score but chances are lower to get in. Also, aim to apply in R2. Feel free to book 30 mins if you need any additional guidance: https://calendar.app.google/tLbPgcsx6B3keLHDA

Go for it. What's important is to get your stories in place. Build a good narrative on why you want to do an MBA? What are you ST and LT goals. How will ISB help in achieving those? Try to be realistic. Feel free to book 30 mins if you need further help: https://calendar.app.google/tLbPgcsx6B3keLHDA.
