Quick doubt regarding the ISB application:
My functional role is with one firm (the brand I represent in my work), but my payroll/HR documents such as offer letter, salary slips, etc. are issued by a different legal entity that handles India operations. For the ISB form and resume, what’s the best way to present this?
Should I:
a) Use the functional employer name and add a clarification like “employed via a different payroll entity,” or
b) Use the payroll entity name instead?
