Does ISB ask for our 10th and 12th marks? Or like other foreign universities does it only consider UG/PG grades?

Age: 29
Academics:
10th/12th/grad : 93/93.4/7.83
Did my grad in mechanical engineering from vit, vellore
Graduated in 2018 and then started preparing for UPSC. Prepared for 5 y and as i couldn’t clear it i wrote ssc cgl and joined as an inspector in gst department. I was working in the same role for the past 4 years. Eventhough the work life balance and nature of the work were pretty decent, the scope for growth is almost nil. So i wanted to make a shift. After exploring all the options i felt a carrer in management will suit my wants and needs.
I want a piece of advice here
I got married recently so i need to balance my personal life while doing a mba. So should i go for a regular mba or an executive mba. If i want to write cat and get into an iim will my age and gap in carrer dent my chances of getting into a good bschool initially and then getting placed in a good company.
If i wanted to go for an executive mba/ pgp in isb how will my profile be evaluated??
I was really confused and will be greatful if any of you give your piece of advice on this.
Also are there any mba programmes in india where i can stay out of the campus along with my wife.
