Hey! Please take my views with a pinch of salt!
I attended a virtual event recently hosted by RICE and many attendees asked the same question. The reply was generic! KIRA and CA are by invite only. And there is no guarantee that if you get invited for KIRA, you’ll get invited to CA.
Do t lose hope! There is still time.
Personally I haven’t heard back after I applied - nothing so far! :/
