Just to keep a track of the waivered guys and see any pattern, if at all, I thought I would start this topic.

Any R2 waivered guys who received any update or interview invite yet?

People who have received 'waiver' to interview. Kellogg reviews application only after the interview for the candidate has been done. These applicants are not interviewed due to the unavailability of alums to interview the candidate in his region. Their application is reviewed without an interview and if the application is impressive enough, then the candidate received Skype/telephonic interview request. I think very few of them are actually invited to interview.

I think that would mean someone who has applied to Kellogg in Round 2 and received an interview Waiver....

Has any R1 candidate with an interview waiver received an invite at a later stage?

Not sure if it counts as a waiver or not (since I didnt ask for an interview), but about a week ago I was given an offer to do a skype interview with admissions.

It only counts as waiver if you first receive a mail saying that your interview has been waived for the time being. :)

I got a interview waiver mail on Feb 24th from Kellogg. Does that mean that there will not be an interview only or no one-on- one interview and instead they will conduct a Skype Interview ?
