Had my Kellogg interview yesterday with a 2nd year student (on-campus, of course). It was exactly what I expected. He asked me to walk through my resume and stopped me at different points, asking me to elaborate (why that school? why that major?). He asked about a leadership experience, a team experience, about the extracurriculars I had on my resume, why MBA, why Kellogg, etc. The only question I hadn't explicity prepared for was, "If you were to leave for an MBA now, what would your manager miss most about you?" He finished by asking if I had any questions...of course, I had a billion questions since he's actually a current student there. The whole process took about 45 minutes.
I probably could have been more concise in some of my answers, but overall I think it went alright. I guess I won't know until Jan 7th!! (or sometime before if I'm lucky).
