I think that not being able to access the system is different than getting the "unknown status." I wouldn't worry to much.

One call on here...there definitely were more calls than that today. Remember even with 60 people on the front page that represents only like 3% of applicants...and some of those people arent frequent users so they wont be updating a ton.

guys I got an email about maintenance to various servers the school has with different timelines for them being down. I think that explains what went on today and probably why no dings went out today.

Hey everyone! Thanks for all of the kind words. Sorry that I haven't been able to post sooner, it's been kind of a whirlwind today! I still can't stop smiling. :)

To answer a few questions...
- I received the call at 2pm CST from an Associate Director of Admissions. I interviewed Sep 12th and submitted my application the week of September 22nd.
- My online status still has not changed. However, I am able to access the admitted students website.
- My profile is pretty straight forward (see it on the first page of 2009 Profile thread). I think what differentiated me with Kellogg (and other schools) is that I really tried to add personality to my essays.
- (asd1225) - Yep! I'm a Sooner! (This is quite a relief as I leave for the BCS National Championship game the same day of Kellogg's decision deadline so which may have greatly affected the trip one way or the other. We must have met, where are you from or how would I remember you?
- Any other questions, feel free to ask?

Question for current Kellogg students or admitted students, when does Kellogg release/provide scholarship information?

Thanks to everyone in the forum for all of their support! I'm still waiting to hear back from HBS, but I'm extremely thrilled about Kellogg. If I am fortunate enough to get into HBS, it definitely won't be an easy decision.
