I second the question about scohlarships - I just figured that if they haven't mentioned anything so far it means I don't get one. Anybody know anything?

I asked the very same question to Steel and river yesterday on chat/PM, it seems that big time scholarship (those named after somebody) are usually assigned at admit decision time and the applicant knows when he is called to share the admit decision (see for instance the terry12/Austin case of last year). So we are probably out of luck for them.

However, many smaller scholarship are assigned later on (think at DAK time) and packaged with loans. Most of the admitted students get some money and it seems like no one has ever had any difficulty in securing the loans they needed.

Jan 5 and 6, maybe, but thought that might be vacation too. Regardless. it still leaves very few working days for them to make a decision and then render it.

At this point, I am thinking I am in the waitlist bucket.

According to Admissions411, only about 40% or so of people who have updated their profiles with interview data have received a decision one way or another, I'm sure there will be a flurry of activity during that last week.

Just a vague question , any clue how many total admits might have been given till now.

Just trying to guess that they might release close to 250 admits in this round so i guess around 60-70 might have already been given.. What say ?

River said in chat yesterday if he had to guess he would say 30-40% of the admit s are out. Don't forget, they will probably release closer to 400 admits this round, not 250, given that K historically admits around 950 applicants (of which 450-500 or so actually matriculate).

Just realized I never came back to post in the Kellogg thread. Sorry for the delay, I was kind of in a daze for the rest of the day after speaking to Beth.

I was dinged from Kellogg. My acceptance email was a mistake and my online status was accurate. I must say it was a tough pill to swallow. 5pm "acceptance" one day and at 2pm the next day finding out that it was a mistake and you had been rejected. Thankfully I will be getting feedback on my application and still have time to put out some Rd2 apps.

Best of luck to everyone waiting to hear back from Kellogg!
