seems like there are a lot of strong profiles that are getting dings though.. just lends more credence to the strength of this year's applicant class.

Another addition to the roll-call here. Do they call over the weekend as well or should I stop being nervous everytime the phone rings?

I got the call today and feel extremely happy. To add to the joy of getting the call I got an Austin scholarship as well (https://kellogg-austinscholars.campusgr ... =1&id=2853).

Hope to see many of you on the DAK weekend in late April.

...and now I am going to enjoy the day :)

Thats brilliant! Congrats!! Can you share your profile...

Yes why not (being not able to go to sleep in the middle of the night after the rush of today's news)

I was very worried that my 680 GMAT with 44Q and 38V would harm my profile a lot. I had only one option of taking the GMAT due to extreme load at work but was very unhappy with my GMAT. The GMAT was a mess as I was not able to finish the Q part and thought that therefore everything was ruined. I was probably a bit careless in the V part as I expected my outcome to be horrible due to the timing mismatch in the Q part. I thought of re-taking the GMAT but I had very limited time and decided rather to put efforts in the essays than to push the GMAT up by 20-30 points and possibly harm the essays.

I have a very strong WE with a decade in investment banking and M&A advisory in Western Europe. My extra curriculum activities and community ties are solid (IMO). After many years in IB I established and managed an M&A boutique and recently merged that company with a larger financial institution.

I was interviewed in London early Feb.

Stats: 680 GMAT (Q44, V38, AWA5.5), ITOEFL 113, 3.0GPA, 31M, 10yrs WE, good recs, good interview, good essays (IMO)

International applicant from Asia.
And I'M IN!!!
(M/720/3.2/WE 7 yrs/Finance/CFA)

Due to time difference, instead of calling me, an Adcom staff kindly left the email at 5:00 am (2:00 PM CST).
The title of the mail was "Congratulations." How sweet~.

I'm a very relaxed person, but, this whole week, I woke up in the night several times to check the Kellogg website.

Wish a good luck to all those still waiting!!
